Apartment "Erholung"

The two bathrooms of the apartment Erholung were built completely new in 2013:

• Bathroom on the ground floor: toilet, shower
• Bathroom on the 1st floor: toilet, bath with shower, family bathroom with a view of the mountains!
• Hand and bath towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 2 hotplates and a simple, original, small oven available

The 5 bedrooms are individually and lovingly furnished with original farmers' antiques and many great details.

Sleeping for 7 people:

• 1st floor: Red (parents) bedroom with 1 double bed
• 1st floor: Blue (parents) Bedrooms with 1 double bed
• 2nd floor: bedroom towards Schwarzach river with 1 single bed
• 2nd floor: red attic room: 1 single original rustic-style bed: Ideal for children or persons up to max. 168 cm height
• 2nd floor: blue attic room: 1 single original rustic-style bed: Ideal for children or persons up to max. 168 cm height
• Ground floor, living room: The cuddle deck above the fireplace is also often and gladly used as a bed.

Games, books and toys are available.

Self-catering!

Heating the tiled stoves is not permitted.

Weekly rental high season: € 1,900 per week (incl. tax on visitors) + € 200 final cleaning
Weekly rental low season: € 1,800 per week (incl. tax on visitors) + € 200 final cleaning
